I recently reinstalled hackintosh. Everything seems working perfectly except the high temperatures from cpu. Even on idle CPU could be 91C and if i let the laptop rest then the cpu temp going to 54C (only if I dont do anything and remains on idle mode). There is no problem with cpu temps anyway, because the temps on ubuntu seems fine. Kostas’s MacBook Pro.zip

Then there is no any way to fix this.!?!? We tried with the DSDT you sent me but with no result. I tried 3 kexts you told me (2.6.1 and 2.6.3 versions) but with no result again. I connected an external Bluetooth adapter (TP Link UB400) but it is not working either.
-
does the IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext required for me? edit: With old DSDT the laptop every time powered on, first hard shutdown itself (i think this is makes battery working) and after that power on itself again. With the new DSDT the laptop dont hardshutdown itself on the power on. I have exactly these kexts, but the bluetooth doesnt work These are all the kext I'm using with bootloader
-
hmm then why the battery status stucked? idk but the bluetooth didnt work with removed patch does the IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext required for me?
-
I updated to 12.5 but the bluetooth still not working
-
Still bluetooth doesn't opening with new DSDT. Edit1: With this change, now at the About This Mac > System Report, Bluetooth window doesnt contain anything. And I think the battery indicator not working anymore. (I will try to restart a few times to test about the battery, but by now it is stucked). Edit2: The battery indicator stucked at 92% with the new DSDT even after a reboot.

But, I couldn't fix Battery (percentage and battery not charging when ac is plugged).I don't have bluetooth Thanks In advance to everyone! edit: I tried install SMCBatteryManager on Library/Extensions but the problem still remains edit2: also I have a one more questions. At my laptop there is GTX 960 dGPU... -wegnoe will make the card doesn't get electricity or I have to do more things to full-disable the card for saving battery? Send me macbook-pro.zip edit3: after a fully discharged the battery looks charging and shows Power source: power adapter with percentage increasing. But if I unplug the AC and plug it again it shows me the same message: Battery Not Charging and the percentage remains the same

I installed Monterey on i7 6700HQ, I enabled the full accelaration (VRAM) and now my only problem is the battery. I know this isn't a easy problem cause I was trying old days to fix it, but unfortunately I couldn't. this is my result of RunMe and I Hope it helps: https://easyupload.io/svga11 Things NOT working: -Sound -Battery Things working: VRAM - full acceleration

monitor is always connected to mobo via hdmi. I set up from bios to choose igd as primary gpu. On mobo, i have installled the NVIDIA 1060 but i included the -wegnoegpu at boot args to disable the dGPU. edit: for some reason memory on cpu was set up 32MB, but I had change that. Anyway, i change it again to 64MB, so the with the EFI you gave me i successfully boot up with full VRAM. Thank you very very much!! You are a hero!

Boot loop if I choose to boot the installed OS on HDD, Kernel Panic if I choose to install macOS. I removed the extra kexts of ethernet, and I keep mine. But unfortunately does not help.

I decided to reinstall the macOS Monterey with iMac17,1 SMBIOS to see if that may fix the problem with 7MB VRAM. Unfortunately the problem still exists. I tried the patch but... nothing... 7MB VRAM ?
-
skylake. The cpu is the i3 6300 Do you want to share the config? oh. I see in System Information that says Intel i5, but i'm on i3 6300
-
i removed the -igfxvesa but the VRAM is still 7MB. I didnt try to reset nvram. The SMBIOS is for iMac18,1. So I'll try your suggestions and I'll update soon. I changed the SMBIOS to iMac17,1, I reset the NVRAM but nothing changed. The VRAM still is 7MB ?

I tried the patch you said before but still the HD530 memory is 7MB
-
This is going to Device Properties? PS: I manage to install Monterey update, but now my HD530 graphics have 7MB Video Memory edit: i find the method to add the patch. I'm trying it right now and I'll update the post soon
-
ok the installer appears normally with -igfxvesa. Is the -gfxvesa option is not for after the installation, is it? Because as i said i want to set up macOS with iGPU and dGPU with windows. Thank you very much for your help I will update in a few minutes if something happened.

Hello. A few days ago i installed macOS Catalina to directly update from inside the macOS Monterey, but after reboot the screen was black. So i decided to install from the beginning the Olarila Monterey. I boot to macOS Installer but when installer appeared, after a few seconds the screen turned to black again ( HDMI - No signal) EDIT: im on skylake (i3 6300). I have a dGPU on MOBO but now i selected from BIOS to run with only iGPU. (I will set up the mac to run with iGPU and windows with dGPU after a successful installation of Monterey config.zip

onemanosx, I tried it out with FakeSMC and ACPIBatteryManager again but still battery not charging. When I opened the laptop with charger plugged into it the battery icon on menu bar says calculating time until full forever and when I unplugged the charger the battery status says it is not charging... May can't fix that? Thanks in advance! Edit: i hold power button for 30s after fully discharge and after opened the battery says 78% instead of 1%, but still is stucked and not charging I think the 78 is beacuse i let the laptop in charging all night.. Edit 2: What tools have to search to fix that problems? Im asking to make myself fix the problem and help the community and Olarila -

I went back to virtualsmc but still battery not charging. But one time it was charging. This is the reason why still try to fix this problem I notice that in EFI/CLOVER/drivers folder there are VBoxHFS.efi and VirtualSMC.efi. May have to change VBoxHFS.efi with HFSPlus.efi, delete the VirtualSMC.efi and try again with FakeSMC and ACPIBatteryManager? -

onemanosx, i did all of this and i successfully boot on OS.So from now i will install all of the kexts in clover/kexts/other. But, after the battery stucks at 14%. (Before unplag the AC Adapter it says "Calculating Time Until Full" At ioreg says ischarging: false but before was true. What happens?
