I recently reinstalled hackintosh. Everything seems working perfectly except the high temperatures from cpu. Even on idle CPU could be 91C and if i let the laptop rest then the cpu temp going to 54C (only if I dont do anything and remains on idle mode). There is no problem with cpu temps anyway, because the temps on ubuntu seems fine. Kostas’s MacBook Pro.zip

Then there is no any way to fix this.!?!? We tried with the DSDT you sent me but with no result. I tried 3 kexts you told me (2.6.1 and 2.6.3 versions) but with no result again. I connected an external Bluetooth adapter (TP Link UB400) but it is not working either.
-
does the IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext required for me? edit: With old DSDT the laptop every time powered on, first hard shutdown itself (i think this is makes battery working) and after that power on itself again. With the new DSDT the laptop dont hardshutdown itself on the power on. I have exactly these kexts, but the bluetooth doesnt work These are all the kext I'm using with bootloader
-
hmm then why the battery status stucked? idk but the bluetooth didnt work with removed patch does the IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext required for me?
-
I updated to 12.5 but the bluetooth still not working
-
Still bluetooth doesn't opening with new DSDT. Edit1: With this change, now at the About This Mac > System Report, Bluetooth window doesnt contain anything. And I think the battery indicator not working anymore. (I will try to restart a few times to test about the battery, but by now it is stucked). Edit2: The battery indicator stucked at 92% with the new DSDT even after a reboot.

CPU: i7 6700HQ I manage to fix wifi (at this momement wifi runs smooth and fast), VRAM. But, I couldn't fix Battery (percentage and battery not charging when ac is plugged).I don't have bluetooth Thanks In advance to everyone! edit: I tried install SMCBatteryManager on Library/Extensions but the problem still remains edit2: also I have a one more questions. At my laptop there is GTX 960 dGPU... -wegnoe will make the card doesn't get electricity or I have to do more things to full-disable the card for saving battery? Send me macbook-pro.zip edit3: after a fully discharged the battery looks charging and shows Power source: power adapter with percentage increasing. But if I unplug the AC and plug it again it shows me the same message: Battery Not Charging and the percentage remains the same

After a successfully Desktop hackintosh set up with help from @Mald0n (<3) I decide to try install on my laptop. I installed Monterey on i7 6700HQ, I enabled the full accelaration (VRAM) and now my only problem is the battery. I know this isn't a easy problem cause I was trying old days to fix it, but unfortunately I couldn't. this is my result of RunMe and I Hope it helps: https://easyupload.io/svga11 Things NOT working: -Sound -Battery Things working: VRAM - full acceleration

monitor is always connected to mobo via hdmi. I set up from bios to choose igd as primary gpu. On mobo, i have installled the NVIDIA 1060 but i included the -wegnoegpu at boot args to disable the dGPU. edit: for some reason memory on cpu was set up 32MB, but I had change that. Anyway, i change it again to 64MB, so the with the EFI you gave me i successfully boot up with full VRAM. Thank you very very much!! You are a hero!

Boot loop if I choose to boot the installed OS on HDD, Kernel Panic if I choose to install macOS. I removed the extra kexts of ethernet, and I keep mine. But unfortunately does not help.

I decided to reinstall the macOS Monterey with iMac17,1 SMBIOS to see if that may fix the problem with 7MB VRAM. Unfortunately the problem still exists. I tried the patch but... nothing... 7MB VRAM ?
