Hi, I have a couple of problems with installing Catalina like Hackintosh and I hope you can help me.
Starting from the fact that I used the EFI folder you recommended for my chipset, but I am forced to start with config2 to start it all correctly.
I also used the installation file you recommended.
- My keyboard is badly recognized for some reason, the option and command keys are reversed. Also, sometimes when I make a wrong keyboard combination it is shown to me as a bright glow.
- I have no way to root the HDD root where I installed the system, this includes the impossibility to modify the EFI folder (I have to start via pendrive)
- The audio is not working)
- In system report the monitor is marked as a 5K when it is a 4K
- At startup there are several black flashes before you can see the UI.
I also posted in 3D for aptch DSDT, hoping to solve some of these problems.
I appreciate your help, I intend to donate as soon as I have solved these problems.
