So there are 2 possibilities, change the kext VoodooI2C 2.4.2, or change the GPIO pin

I use your EFI from IdeaPad S145 10th Gen, its work like a charm, only trackpad ELAN doesn't work, I attached original DSDT from my Ideapad DSDT.aml
