  1. Thanks @MaLd0n for all your support! I think I'm getting where I want to. Have a look. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SE6FXL_jg6O02AUlR2YD6wmXekoN4r9r/view?usp=sharing
  2. Hi @MaLd0n I used your OC-58 EFI as model and I updated it to OC-59, everything is working but the boot menu. It shows a lot of *.efi stuff, and it doesn't show windows partition to boot from windows. Attached is the image. Can you help with this. Regards P.S. With the current video patch, HDMI won't turn on after sleep. Solved it with this boot arg: igfxonln=1 Archive.zip
  3. Hi @MaLd0n As a way to learn more about opencore I decided to update it to the latest release, I managed to do it, but there is one thing I missed, your opencore EFI has a nice theme, mine is just a list ( like 1,2,3) I tried comparing your config to mine but I couldn't find where you configured the theme Could you give me a hand with it? Regards
  4. Hi, you meant this : nvram -c in recovery mode? tried it but was not successful. I am going to try with a previews patch with last weg kext and see what I get.
  5. After applying your new patch, my main display stop working properly (the brightness is too low) , the second display (HDMI) worked fine. Tried to patch it with hacking tool but didn't work, had to go back to the previous EFI. Regards
  6. Hi @MaLd0n I updated my os to Catalina, and I have a tiny little problem, my second display is not recognised automatically , I have to turn my external display off and turn it on again to be recognised, it is connected to the HDMI port, try patching it using Hackintosh but it not working I can't get patch like yours, how did you get to this : <key>framebuffer-con0-alldata</key> <data> AAAIAAIAAACYAAAA </data> <key>framebuffer-con0-enable</key> <integer>1</integer> <key>framebuffer-con1-alldata</key> <data> AQEJAAAIAADHAQAA </data> <key>framebuffer-con1-enable</key> <integer>1</integer> <key>framebuffer-con2-alldata</key> <data> AgYKAAAEAADHAQAA </data> <key>framebuffer-con2-enable</key> <integer>1</integer> <key>framebuffer-fbmem</key> <data> AACQAA==t </data> I can't get con0, con1 and con2 generated with Hackingtool , I only get con1. Hope you could help me. Regards
  7. Hi @MaLd0n There is a new version of Opencore, do you advise upgrading to it ? Thanks ps. is it a simple procedure like clover?
  8. Hi @MaLd0n I've updated to the latest kext and the trackpad stop working(OpenCore), I've restored VoodooI2C to 2.3 and it worked again. This does not happen using Clover. Could you have a look at it Best regards. P.S.: on Clover, I need to use the previous version o Whatevergreen to be able to use both of my displays, I don't have this problem with OpenCore.
  9. I used Hackintool as you suggested, there is only one difference from what there is in your config and the patch generated by Hackintool. Mine does not have the AAPL00,override-no-connect stuff Now it is working . Thanks ! Screen Shot 2020-04-17 at 11.41.53.zip
  10. Hi, I believe I made a mistake describing my issue. The laptop display doesn't show anything, just a gray screen. It only works with the secondary display (HDMI). Right now I m using the external display to write this email. The main display remains gray ( I do see brightness when I adjust it in System Preferences, but that's all) Any ideia what could be happening ? Thanks again for you help Regards (ps. I tested it with the kext you provided, and it is the same)
  11. Hi I've downloaded the files to try OC, after changing my EFI folder, a rebooted my laptop , everything seems to work except the video, it works only if I connect it to an external display (HDMI). What could be wrong ? Could you help me please. I attached the output of RunMe, but I'm not sure if it'll help as it tried to access CLOVER EFI when it ran. Thanks in advance P.S ( my laptop is working quite well with clover boot loader, I am just testing OC, I noticed that the boot time is fairly faster with OC) Send me MacBook-Pro.zip
  12. Hi MaLd0n, Just a suggestion , you could update the first post including this info BIOS/UEFI Updated ASCN43WW. The post states to update to the latest version , but that could be misleading in the future, since Lenovo can update its bios anytime. Regards
  13. Hi [ref]MaLd0n[/ref], Have you noticed that after the latest update of voodoi2c kext, the trackpad stopped working Regards ps. link for the runme report https://drive.google.com/file/d/11xNZI2LgXw_Huv5ux45LZkMnAqxem_SH/view?usp=sharing
  14. Hello [ref]MaLd0n[/ref], Do you have the dsdt patch for the audio (layout-id), if not, could you point me to the right direction to try to do it myself Thanks

It is working but can't use location services coz it says wi-fi is not enabled Any hints on how I could make it work Thanks P.S I have a tp-link TL-WN823N V3, already installed the manufacturer driver
  16. Hi [ref]123_123[/ref], Done ! works great !! (iMessage and FaceTime, I was already able to use App Store and iCloud , just missing those two services) thank you for sharing it here. Regards Added in 53 seconds: [ref]sushant77[/ref], Read previous post to solve iMessage and face time issue .
  17. Hi [ref]123_123[/ref], Could you explain it better please, I mean , is there a link showing how to do so? Regards
  18. [ref]MaLd0n[/ref], I've been testing the battery thing further, and it works, it starts charging when it reaches 20% and it goes up till 60%. But this works on OSX only if I turn on this feature on Windows , funny, isn't it ?
  19. [ref]MaLd0n[/ref], I see , well, I´ll continue with my workaround, at least I´ll extend battery life (I hope so) Regards
  20. Hi [ref]MaLd0n[/ref], I have a question. Is there a way to control the battery charging level on osx, I mean for instance prevent battery from charging when it has reached XX%. I found a workaround for it, I boot on windows 10 and enable preserve battery mode (This is done using that soft installed by Lenovo, can't remember the name now), with 'preserve battery mode´ the battery won't charge until it reaches 20% or less, then it charges it till 80%. After changing those settings on Windows 10 I boot again on OSX, trouble is that doing so it won't charge the battery at all even if if reaches 20%. To charge the battery I need to boot on Windows 10 again and leave it there charging till 80% then I boot again on OSX, lol. Lot of work but I think it will help extend the battery life, considering the fact that this machine´s battery is really small. regards.
  21. Hi [ref]MaLd0n[/ref], Did you managed to activate the numlock key? I mean the numeric keys on the right side , to enable/disable it in order to use the pg up/down keys. Also, the caps lock key led is not turned on. If I press it the led turns on for a sec, but then it turns off immediately. Regards
