[Help Required] Audio issues on Lenovo 330s

I am facing some issues with my audio. Sometimes the Line-in microphone is not detected (I have checked it in windows and it works fine), but the sound works. After waking from sleep, the audio stops working.  If I go to sound preferences and toggle the input device, it starts working again. But again after a while the sound stops and I have to toggle the input device to get it to work. Sometimes there is an annoying static sound from the headphones.
Almost all of these issues occur only after the laptop is woken up from sleep. I am using Layout ID 15 on my ALC236 codec, as it's the one that works the best. I have tried all other layouts, but they don't work as well.
