sometimes I miss to press the bootkey, because I have a battery replacement in my laptop. always it is notifying when booting the laptop. Is there any info that OC is supporting for multiboot. I'm keen to hear that?

the GRUB bootloader should see both Windows and OC on boot .... you can try to enter the Windows and Ubuntu path via shell  here

3 separate disks, how did you install?

same disk.

Only 1 disk for three OS. I have drivers problems in windows and ubuntu when booting from Opencore config

try to change like this in the plist, maybe it can help
Kernel> Quirks> CustomSMBIOSGuid> True (default is False)
PlatformInfo> UpdateSMBIOSMode> Custom (default is Create)

I tried. But did not worked. There is a windows boot icon automatically. I booted it. The same problem is there. 1. Laptop keyboard and touch pad are not working. 2. Can not see the sleep. Audio was not worked. I used my extrnal keyboard to type my password.

And I followed your tuto… put the Misc/entries for windows and ubuntu. Named as them. Then reboot. They are showing as OTHER OS. Booted by them. But not working.

I have to use bootkey for this. That is worked correctly for me.

Eu coloco o pen drive dá  boot normal começa a instalação mas não completa fica reiniciando...

Consegui rodar de boas ontem o Catalina, funcionando legal com duas telas.

Porém, resolvi testar o Big Sur e não tem jeito de funcionar.

To usando o boot EFI que você recomendou pro Ryzen e mais nada...
