I did as instructed but still the same - it's either onboard audio with VoodooHDA or DP audio with AppleALC. What else should I do?

Hi Maldon, High Sierra expects KabyLake audio device at PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1b,0x0) with a layout-id of 50, but the Comet Lake audio device is at PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1F,0x3) with device ID of C8060000 (layout ID probably 1 or 7). Can this be patched somehow?

I got a Razer Blade 15 2020 advanced with a 2070 super and Intel 10875 CPU and 300hz screen.

So far I got it to boot with the config you guys got on the Forum for Coffeelake cpus.

CPU and intel graphics seem to work. I got a Battery status.

Not working. Wifi, Trackpad, Audio, Some USB work some not.

Intel® Wireless-AX201

 

Does the Nvidia GPU need some specific turn off to safe power?

 

If would be great if you could take a look, so I can run it nicely.

Hallo admin greetings, i have problem on my laptop Asus S200E(S202E)

I already instal High Sierra and try my best to make SSDT but now it can boot but theres feature cant run:

- Battery Indicator

- Port USB it has 3 port, 1 usb 3.0 and 2 usb 2.0 sometimes usb 2.0 wont work at both of side

- fn+brigthness and volume doesnt work

- SDCARD not try yet I belive that doesnt work to.

- jack audio im not try yet

- Trackpad work as navigator but it cant open file just one click the folder went to big, but if i use mouse its fine

at least thats problem what i found and i belive theres more problem

hallo, for Olarila efi, I already tried with your tutor on your video but i have some problem which is black screen and open core wont boot.

Now I already installed with vanilla open core and do some ssdt patched like irq fixed using ssdttime. but there are some feature that cant work, i hope u can to patched my dsdt.

you provided me with a working patched dsdt file: https://www.olarila.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=37316 - I have everything but HDMI out working (known issue on ice lake). However, I can no longer boot to macos without a kernel panic within a few minutes, which I believe is caused by the IONVMeFamily.kext (I have a PM981 Samsung 512 NVME drive). My MacOS Install is on a supported SSD. I do not need to access the NVME Drive under MacOS, but I cannot seem to disable the NVME controler - I have tried a sppof dsdt (attached here - probably did something wrong but cannot seem to find the documentation to help me) - could you advice or provide me with another dsdt patched to disable the NVME controller completely please MaLd0n?

Edit: I no longer have the kernel panics since updating to Monterey.

I would still like to know how to completely disable the NVME drive though.
