EDIT: If i use your DSDT.aml my System gets stuck on IOAPIC: version.... If i don't use it i can boot but obviously Brightness Control sleep and sleep on lidclose doesn't work !

Also i have a question, i only can boot if i put UseKernelCache=No in my chameleon plist ! What can i do about that ?

Hello again, don't know if you just overlooked my post, but i still don't have a functional dsdt !

If i use the one you posted first it gets stuck on IOAPIC: version....

Please try again to fix it, sleep, sleep on closed lid, brightness control and keys for brightness don't work !

Hello, I could use some help getting an error free dsdt for my Lenovo y410p hackintosh running 10.9.4.

I know very little about dsdt and would just like to have the extracted dsdt without any errors. There are initially 201, but DSDT editor fixes it to just 4. The original extracted dsdt is attached.

I am still in the process of setting up this hackintosh and fixing things myself, but in case anyone loves dsdt patching and wants to help, the following things aren't working: audio, keyboard, trackpad, accelerated graphics (I'm only using the HD 4600), and wifi.

and u should read about what u try to achieve..

for the pad and keyboard .. must use a kext .. must know what brand are ur pad..

the nvidia don't work

the wifi .. what wifi .. is to guess ? but sure is not compatible

DSDT is not GOD .. it help but not change imcompatible hardware in compatible..

my advice to u is to use clover.. read carefully the wiki.. use fix dsdt section

ur dsdt is so buggy .. and many info in ssdt tables .. is not impossible .. but must copy several info from ssdt to dsdt to try to compile.. if is mine .. must spend several days to make something from it..

check also if u are using last bios version..

so many people with clover don't use edited dsdt..

Hello !

I can boot with clover now, everything works except sleep ! If i go to sleep my Display turns off, and after a while the USB Ports are turned off. Not sure if the Laptop is off, because the Fan is only spinning if the CPU gets really hot ! In that state i can't wake it up again, i have to do a hard reset. Currently i use those fixes: NewWay, FixRegions, DeleteUnused, AddPNLF, FIX_S3D !

are u dropping ssdtoem.. u shouldn't because ur graphics are also in ssdt tables

Thanks so much for fixing my dsdt yesterday! I managed to get all of those things working including wifi.

I now have just a few problems, I am not sure if they are dsdt related. I have no brightness control, when I restart the computer never actually shuts down (but shutdown works fine), and when the computer goes to sleep instead of waking up it reboots.

Do you think these things could be solved with dsdt patches, or should I look for other solutions?

try to see console msg on that events.. and see what they say..

u have a big problem always u have a no working gpu.. maybe the sleep never work well

and yes .. u must search for possible solutions in similar hardware

So Generate P States and C States should also be unchecked ? How do i get correct power management then ?

Ahh i understand now, thought that with c and p state generation the oem ssdt is dropped automatically. Will try till tomorrow and report back, thanks very much !

Hello !

So i finally got to create a patched DSDT with Clover, i saved it to my USB Stick and put it in my Extra Folder and booted with Chameleon again. Now the Laptop goes to sleep, but i am not able to wake it up again ! I can only force it to shut down by pressing the power button ! Can you fix this ?

is that problem in that mobo .. and using amd cpu ? .. sure u don't have just that wifi problem ..

and also 100 % of patch are for mobo using intel cpu..
