Yeah, I tried two different ones. Also the ports on the front of my actual computer aren't working either. All USB 3. Doesn't make a difference if the HD is usb 3 or 2. Weirdly if I plug into my keyboard, which is connected to the hub, hd is recognised. Think it's something to do with the USB 3 limit. Any clues as to how to fix?

I appreciate the work you do. My Mac Seems to work fine on pretty much everything except sometimes when it is shutting down I have some freezing issues now and again and my Wifi BCM943602CS Doesn't want to seem to work. Wifi tries to turn on, spazzes my settings page then appears off again. Not sure if its my card or the Patching. Any advice and help is greatly appreciated

Hi Mald0n!


I got a problem with my hackintosh, it will reboot by itself out of nowhere and when I put it to sleep it will come on every few hours and do a full reboot, run me file attached


I got the following -


Gigabyte Z370M DS3H


CPU - i5 8500


32gb Memory


Radeon RX 580 8MB

Hi Mald0n!

After your recommendations I decided to buy A Z390m Gaming.


After installation everything is working fine except for two points:


1- Sleep, it always restarts the pc or flashes the screen and go back to the screen that i working.


2- Sometimes when I try to shut down, it restarts.


Can the DSDT patches solve this?


I'm running Mojave on a Gigabyte Z390m Gaming + i5-8400 + HyperX 16GB RAM + MSI Radeon RX 570 Armor 8G OC.

Hi Mald0n,

I have a Asus k501UX and you helped me with dsdt an year ago, in the meanwhile I got a real Mac for one year and now I come back to my hackintosh.

I have a problem with the battery (it doesn't update the percentage in the system tray) and with gestures with touchpad, can you help me?

I also bought a Tp-link TL-WN823N N300 Mini, may you give me some advice to let it work in the best way?
