With chameleon i can install qe/ci kexts, i get ci but no qe and neirher transparent menu or dvd player. i get the right resolution and some acceleration on youtube and thats all. but powermanagement create kp so i have to use null. On the other side, if i use clover as bootloader, and kext for qe/ci, i get stuck on bot, no kp, just os not load at all, tried lot of flags for... if i use just ci kexts, i get ci, translucent bar but i can get resolution in clover. if i remove nullpm i dont get kp but instead no management at all. sleep dont work i mean. those are my first experiences, im gonna dig it more, thank you for help with my dsdt, i will be happy for any other advise Artur. All the best to you.

I need help about a DSDT patch on my Acer Aspire 7730G laptop!Currently I have installed Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8!I used iBoot disc,Snow Leopard 10.6,10.6.8 Combo update 10.6.8,and multishit!The system basically works,keyboard with PS2FixKeyboard,audio with VoodooHDA kext,USB devices recognized........generally can not force him to recognize the graphics card, wireless card and Ethernet!I tried to engage in editing DSDT(with DSDT Edit),and I managed to make a clean dsdt.aml........,but when I went to work with patches,i realized that i do not have patches for my motherboard,so I gave up ...!Since I was a beginner, I got lost in reading the forums....!I would ask someone who has the time and knowledge,if you can make a patched dsdt for my motherboard!And if someone has a "kit" of kext for this system.I got through the SystemInfo hardware list,but when I enter through the device id on ...http://Olarila.com/kexts/.....,i get a list of drivers,but do not give download options!And the same can not find through Google search....Maybe something else not doing well in the system, but i have not noticed,....thank you for every suggestion and help!

I'm trying, but it goes slowly...!!!I tried to compare my clean dsdt.aml and yours that you sent in DSDT Edit,but it will not load yours....."picture"!

I edit "org.chameleon.Boot.plist",but did not recognize graphics!

And as far as "what with the finished dsdt".....i have not really found a concrete answer!

Can you help me to patch my DSDT in order to essentially use my graphics card ATI Radeon Mobility HD5730 and controler SATA ?

My Wifi Card Atheros AR9285 and Sound Card ACL269 run with kext.

-I extracted my DSDT with DSDTEditor without apply patch, just compil, fix error and save as .AML

-I try ACPI Patcher but bios file could not be open on process. I've never been able to use ACPI Patcher with this bios file (204 version) (here) and I can't extract it.

-And i've just tested A42F patch on DSDTPatcher but I think Graphic Card not included, or not working for me.

I've Maverick installation, dual boot with Win8, using Chimera bootloader.

i can not boot without NullCPU. i need help

1- Patch for Wifi Atheros 9285

2- Patch for FN-Keys

3- Patch for Power Management

I tried to fix by myself, but i have problem Kernel Cache,

1- When i use Kernel Cache pc does not boot.

2- HDMI No sound,

Hello,

I recently decide to give Mavericks a go on my all-in-one Dell Inspiron One 2310 (core i5 460M, Radeon HD5470M). I got everything to work except sleeping.

Here is the issue : when I try to make my computer sleep, the screen goes dark. After a short while, I hear it going down( ie. fans stop blowing and the screen backlight goes off), but it instantly wakes (screen still dark, though). According to the syslog, this is due to "USBE".

I read while searching that using custom dsdt could help, but do not know which patch to apply and hoped you could help.

I thank you in advance for any help you could provide.
