have you updated your board bios to last version ? which problems specifically you have got ?

VirtualSMC.kext.zip

remova a ACPIBatteryManager.kext

Greetings, Maldon. I've successfully installed 10.15 Catalina on this system, however it's taking a long time to complete verbose. I have attached a picture to show you where it stops (approx. 30 seconds), then continues to boot successfully.I am using the DSDT that you patched for me for 10.13 High Sierra. Thank you, sir!

Hello!

This is my first install, and everything seems to be working, just installed clover boot and it works fine.


Audio, Lan, Sleep and iMessage work great.


Not sure what could be missing/broken yet.. if you could have a look I would be very happy and thankful!

Please help me, this is my first time installing macos. I installed clover on the HDD, but I reboot with a black screen error, I had to boot with usb Olarila. I unzipped Clover.LLA775 and copied the clover folder to the hdd's efi directory, but the reboot still got a black screen,

network card and video card are working properly but my sound card didn't work either. Looking forward for your help. Thank you so much!

Hey wise and mighty people! This is my computer. I would appreciate and be very very thankful if somebody could help me with DSDT and SSDT patches. Its been days I'm just stuck with it. :help


HP 250 G6 i5 7200U

16GB RAM

250 GB Crucial SSD

120 GB ODD KINGSTON SSD

Running Catalina 10.15.2

Here is what I fixed myself: Clover, Intel HD,WiFi/BT, HDMI


I would be glad if you could help me with

- disable my discrete radeon card

- Power mngmnt and USBs

- battery fix somehow (it drains like hell, maybe again due to pwrmngmnt)

-Sleep (I really tried to fixe it but it wouldn work)

-Sound ALC282 rev3 - tried the hotpatches, but it doesnt work, I really dont get why?

-Touchpad is stuck, it doesnt work even though I have VoodooPS2

-card reader (any suggestions?)

-something with fan maybe, or maybe again pwrmngmnt because its on full fan speed since i got mac installed on it

-any other patches you would suggest

My bios version is the F8, there is the F9 and the F10a. Have to update to F10a?


The problems are that i can'ts shutdown, only restart, and i have problems with usb3. I have an hub usb3 connect to usb 3 that doesn't work. Probably for power issues.

try update kexts and use only essentials, like fakesmc, lilu, applealc and weg

use a correct folder for ur hardware, serie 100/200/300 and enable ec0 to ec patch rename

gostaria de comentar que consegui instalar tudo 100% com a ajuda do Mald0n

Hello Sir,

I am having problems while configuring my Laptop's drivers. I tried the Clover Folder according to my Chipset but it won't boot. So I used the EFI from Catalina Image and tweaked it up a little.

Things that are working alright are Video, Sound, Touchpad (Gestures not working correctly).

Please help me configure the laptop's WiFi (As it is my current utmost priority I guess). It has Broadcom BCM943228HMB and I also have Atheros QCWB335 Chip as extra if either one doesn't work.

It would also be helpful if you solve other minor problems in it if they are present.

update to latest bios version use clean series 100/200/300 config.plist update to the latest clover version use intel virtualization, disable vt-d, use disks i ahci, if u can enable usb ehci hand-off, set your boot mode as uefi only, disable csm compatibility module, set preallocated igpu memory to 128 or 256 mb and disable secure boot then try the dsdt patches

Hi

Trying to get Mojave / Catalina on my old Hack. With Mojave, it boots but sleep does not work (it hangs after wake up) and when I restart, it has changed my BIOS settings, I have to reload Default and change the following again : AHCI, HPET64 and no full logo.


I am currently using Clover 4920 for Mojave and plan to use v5100 for Catalina


I have Gigabyte GA-H67MA-UD2H-B3 bios F8, SandyBridge i3-2105, GT710. To get the GT710 working, I use SMBIOS 14.2 (or also 13.2)

Catalina might need the EC patch in the DSDT.


Would be great to get DSDT/SSDT patched files (and maybe config.plist as well) to get it working
