Hello guys!


Just completed my build and successfully installed Catalina using Olarila Image. Everything works out of the box, except shutdown/restart/sleep. I think I need the patched DSDT, right?


Tried to run the RunMe.app, after watching that youtube video, but it hangs at:


Increased delay x2 for IOREG dump. This will take a while...(33 sec)

IOREG dump failed. Retrying

Hi MaLd0n,

After i use your patch DSDT, BT can use and connect BT but after shutdown PC, BT hard to connect BT device, connect but can't use BT device

My OS :10.14.6. card dw1820a

Hello,

I have problem with my trackpad. I already done other driver and the last one is trackpad. I already read voodooI2C documentation, already try install the kext, voodooI2C and voodooI2CHID, and trying to patch it. it work, but the setting still cannot detect my trackpad, my trackpad moving on it own and I need to single tap to stop it, for example i just move a little to left and it moving to left until I tap it to stop it. I already try to using GPIO pin, but on documentation on GPIO pinning it said if I dont have hex on the device then I just can skip to installation kext. it still same as before, I already tried to using GPIO using common hex declaration like on documentation. the result still same, system setting cannot read trackpad, but trackpad useable and need to a single tap to stop it or it will always moving by it self to the last direction I move it.


my laptop spec is

  • processor : Intel Core i5 6200U skylake

  • Ram : 4+8GB DDR3-L (12gb ddr3l)

  • vga : intel HD graphic 520

  • wireless : Qualcomm Atheros AR956x

  • Bluetooth : Qualcomm Atheros

  • audio : Conexant SnartAudio

  • touchpad : asus touchpad i2c HID

  • another graphic : NVIDIA GeForce 930M

 

other than trackpad and nvidia are already work. I just need trackpad.

Mojave 10.14.6 msi ge75 notebook shutdown/restart/sleep problems.


Hi people,


This is a 3 days old notebook; MSI GE75 9SF,

after installing W10 to internal WDC ssd nvme (r:1600 mb, w:1200 mb),

i tried to install Mojave on external usb sandisk ext pro 3.1. (r:350 mb, w:250 mb)

i cannot open below cover theres warranty sticker!


Technical specs:

17" notebook MSI GE75 Raider 9SF

cpu: i7-9750H, 6 core, 12 mb cache

gpu: Intel UHD 630 internal, + nvidia rtx2070 (no luck for hackintosh :P )

chipset: HM370

hdd slots: 2 M.1, 1 sata

lan: Atheros killer e2500

wifi: intel killer e1550 (no luck for hackintosh)

sd card reader: RealTek RTS5129 USB Card Reader

audio: realtek 1220

hdmi 2.0, dp 1.2, usb c type outs, 4K out

2 port usb 3.2 gen1, 2 port usb 3.2 gen2




I could booted and installed from Olaria Mojave 10.14.1 and then updated to 10.14.6

cpu id detected, its cores and voltages + temperatures.

UHD 630 is detected out of the box.

battery detected.

lan is succesfull with "AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext"

no luck with bt and killer 1550 wifi (so im using an usb bt and wifi no problem)

in future i plan to buy BCM94352HMB...


Questions:

1- Please can i have DSDT/SSDT aml s, so shutdown and rebbot problems may be fixed? required files attached.

2- even sleep problems, too?

3- it naturally detected sound ALC1220 but theres no microphone...

what do you suggest; AppleHDA patcher or voodoo for ALC1220 sound + microphone ?

4- theres no hdmı or dp or usb c video outs, because the real nvidia card takes responsibility there, is there no hope?

5- If i buy BCM94352HMB, is it best option for wifi and bluetooth? (i was using them in my other notebooks for long time, since 10.10 s...)

6- Realtek usb2 sdcard reader :0bda 0129 ; couldnt get it work, is there a kext?

7- what about the steelseries illuminated keyboard? they have software in their web page for mac, but my notebooks integrated kb is not detected?

only sound inc/dec works, other kb fn key dont operate. so screen is at max brightness :P

8- my last question; its detected; MacBookPro14,3

should i change to 15,1 as it much suits that 9th gen. notebook? 2019 year produced and i9 cpu.

Hello Mald0n and thanks for your work over the years!


Always been a lurker but I just cannot figure out the battery and lid function on this M11XR1 DSDT. To be clear, with just Clover Patching (included patched clover DSDT also) everything works except battery and laptop lid.


Im attaching origin folder including the oem and clover patched DSDTs and other tables.


Thanks for any help you can provide, I will donate for fully working/patched DSDT/SSDTs (if needed)!


OF NOTE: This DSDT uses Nvidia discrete setting in bios and clover. Intel should be disabled. I will also boot Mojave on this machine and intel (switchable) in bios must be used. If I need to change the setting and send all that to you for same patching I will do so.


If you end up fixing 2 versions, ill up my donate. Thanks again!

Can you help with my setup? I have attached the zip file here.

Everything works well, but the CPU power management I think needs to be adjusted.

And if you see any other tweaks that need to be done.

Estou testando o High Sierra em um note com processador i5-2410M, e placa mãe 7 Series. Levei um pau para conseguir instalar, mas depois de instalado recebo vários erros no modo verbos. O brilho não funciona direito e a bateria não mostra status. Segue o arquivo gerado pelo Runme.
