I believe that a new refresh is needed because currently I'm using ACPI patch which was not needed in previous bios. I rebooted with clover for NOTEBOOKS CHIPSET SERIES SKYLAKE+ (SKYLAKE / KABYLAKE / COFFEELAKE) and re-run RunMe app. I think it is complete but please let me know if I missed anything. Boots fine when I don't use your DSDT, but I have no screen brightness control, no Trackpad control, and no battery meter. Thank you HP ElitBook 840G2 i5-5300U HD5500 High Sierra 10.13.6 UPDATE: With some SSDT patching, I am now getting full trackpad control, audio and battery status, however I am still not achieving screen brightness control.
