Hai maldon, I need your help again


My Laptop is ASUS X450JB

my specs is Intel HD Graphics 4600 / intel i7 gen 4


i have using Olarila mojave


I want fix my brightness hotkey on keyboard, with fn+f5 for decrease brightness and fn+f6 for increase brightness and fn+f7 for off display, then I want to ask something about wifi, how to repair wifi with broadcom, because previous I used Atheros but the connection is very slow

i have problem with battery, my device have not battery info such as low battery info or recharge info.

Hai Maldon, can you help me, i have some problem


I am using ASUS A442U Core i5 8250U


the problem's are

- Battery Info, Audio Driver, Volume setting, Brightness setting, sleep , and the important thing is my touchpad can't work


I've tried to follow your guide , but still can't work for me . I really appreciate if you help me to patching DSDT , Thank you .


Is there any relation with config.plist ?

Hello Maldon,


I am still have the same issues after the DSDT patch . but it's a little different. this time when I put it to sleep, it will reboot. I can put it to sleep after. But it will reboot in the middle of the night and sleep again after


I have the following


CPU: Core I5 8500K

Motherboard: GIGBYTE Z370DM DS3H

GPU: RX 580

32GB or Ram



I attached a new run me file I just did , and the DSDT patched I got , the way I patched it was to paste the AML file in the ACPI patched folder.

Hi, Thanks for your efforts to make our Hackintosh better <3


My problem is :


i have HP ELitedesk 800 g1 TWR, with Haswell Processor -->


Processor : i5 4750

VGA: NVIDIA GT 730 DDR5 ( Works OOB )


I have catalina and everything is OK ( i guess ) , but i don't know if everything is actually fine, is my pc run with it's full power?


I have a compiled DSDT ( but full with errors ):


1- When i put it in CLOVER and reboot, sleep works, everything seems more stable but slower than before, but processor reaches very low frequencies when i don't use it and i that's what makes me think that i need DSDT.


2- When i delete DSDT everything back to be fast but i think it's less stable, sometimes i feel something crashes and i feel my pc is hot ( with HWMonitor app), also i feel the processor works with high frequencies sometimes in idle when i don't use it.



So, can anybody please have a look on my CLOVER folder ( Specially Config.plist ) and give me a fixed DSDT ( DOES I NEED DSDT ? ) or give me some advices ?


PS: i think my problem is the errors in DSDT and some optimizations in config.plist ( i'm not a professional so that's only my guess ).

I’ve attached a Send Me file for my ASUS Prime Z270M Plus with Radion RX260 graphics and hope you can create a DSDT that will make for a cleaner, minimal kext installation. I’ve just upgraded to Catalina after using High Sierra successfully for two years. The Catalina boot has a lot more warnings/errors on booting which concern me but haven't caused any noticeable issues. One nagging issue is that USB power doesn’t permit charging an iPad.


Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Jim

Hello Olarila,


I just installed fresh High Sierra coz Nvdia graphic drivers is not installing so agiain installed fresh high sierra

and my specs: now going to sleep mode and when trying to move mouse , system will restratrt

Please help me to rectify the problem

Having issue with the usb and sleep mode


if insert an usb 3.0 device to the usb port, unable detect but can enter to the sleep mode.

if insert an usb 2.0 device, detected but cause OS unable enter to sleep mode.


The usb port named AppleASMedia1042USBXHCI in the system information.

Please help me to fix this, thank you MaLd0n
