Hi Maldon, thank you for the patches. I am having hard time enabling the audio to make it works without using the voodoohda, but finally it's working now by following steps listed here in Olarila. The only problem left now is that my laptop only have a VGA port and seems that it is not supported in Mac.

Hello Maldom,


Can you check this. Im have problem on my NVIDIA WEB DRIVER when i'm choosing it and after restart seems its not working properly.


and also got FCPX crashing.

Hi folks,

I have a big problem with the USB ports.

When I plug my External HDDs in whatever USB, the system stop it after about 5 minute randomly.

This problem began two days ago unexpectedly, without some Os or hardware change before.


Can you help me?


my configuration is:

arous pro z390 pro wifi

intel coffea lake i7 9700K

64gb ram Fury

vega 64

I tried but it show me error

16029, 6126, syntax error, unexpected PARSEOP_METHOD, expecting $end and premature End-Of-File

and i don't know what to do with this error

what version of MaciASL you are using???!!

Hello , First of all I want to say I'm a huge fan of the Olarila community.

Back in the snow leopard days you you guys made a dsdt autopatcher and my old core2duo with its gigabyte p31-es3g worked wonders.


Re-found this forum yesterday, and not only did i started reading through it like a maniac, I also installed your mojave image on my spare laptop:

Hp g6 , i7-3632qm , hd4000, 1366x768 .


While I gave up on this laptop long time ago, i was amazed by the way your image worked, usign the config2 it got my machine working like a charm.

After installing it , i was not able to boot it using the recommended clover folder for it's chipset , i get the backtrace error, but using the config2 from the usb , everything is working find(i just copied the config file from the usb to the efi partition).


I extracted the dsdt using clover(F4) and i hope it's enough for some of you wizards to patch it.

I'm interested in:

builtin audio(i never had patched hda, all my past machines had voodohda which was ok for the most part but buggy at time)

Screen brightness

cpu performance(the machine is currently running a bit slow at times, if it's normal no problem, but if it's because of some configuration, ssdt (i know the term but not the way it works ) i would like to make it work)
