Hello,


I am really sorry if I am making any mistake posting here. This is my first time installing MacOS on a Notebook.

Before I was using Arch Linux together with Windows.


I was able to install MacOS Mojave on the first try after following the guide posted on this forum.


Laptop Specs are as below:

Type: Acer Nitro AN515-51

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700HQ 2,8GHz

GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050 and Intel HD 630 (Intel HD Graphic drivers are working)


I have applied the patch for my Motherboard following the instructions after the installation, and after applying it many things like Keyboard, Audio, Brightness buttons got fixed beside the WiFi.


The only thing broken is the wifi which is an Atheros one.

Is that for me? because I downloaded it and restarted but in PCI is nothing listed :shock:

Plus DSDT has 5 errors

Thanks a lot for your reply i replaced it with the older one but WiFi is still not showing. Should i do something else beside mounting EFI and pasting DSDT at PATCHES folder?


Note: While checking System Properties i saw an PCI device called Mald0n but next to it it says that the driver is not installed.

extract last send_me after reboot


AMD don't have native support, power management, etc don't work, some patches don't made any diff

use Olarila clover folder for ur chipset, reboot and extract new send_me

test all usb and check if work good, i injected properties to avoid some errors

still 5 errors in DSDT but now is working, 11 devices listed in pci section :frantics

I will never buy msi mobo again :roll:

after replacing with Olarila clover and placing dsdt.aml on clover > acpi> original my laptop wont boot

Update: I lost system sound, I tried layout id 1,2,nothing but is not working
