Should I just leave my DSDT as it is? Is that what you're saying?

Yes, use the previously edited DSDT. Its usable for El-Capitan and above.

Hi, I'm back again :D

My notebook has been still rebooting randomly

But when I go to PCI section in the System Report, I see this:

This computer doesn't contain any PCI cards or devices. If you installed or connected, a PCI card or device, make sure they’re properly installed.

If you are using _DSM TO XDSM patch in clover, disable it.

I disabled _DSM TO ZDSM patch. Restarted the computer. PCI section still shows this: This computer doesn't contain any PCI cards or devices. If you installed or connected, a PCI card or device, make sure they’re properly installed.
