Thanks MaLd0n! Boot resolved! nice! I replace the full efi, and now there boot with the VEGA64.

1. The sound works but is not possible to change the volume on macOS commands with PL2779QQ on displayPort.

2. Résolution for my 27-inch is (3840 x 2160): pretty good, but the screen monitor support 5K (5120x2880). Model Iiyama ProLite XB2779QQS

Hello, the DSDT file didnt work for me, i dont know if i am doing something in a wrong way. I took the DSDT file and pasted in EFI/EFI/Clover/patched folder. That EFI was mounted in my SSD where my system is installed, right? So I dont have working Native Audio, native Thunderbolt 3, shut down, reboot and sleep dont working and i cant boot without the usb stick. My board is Gigabyte z390 aorus pro + intel i9 9900k + amd rx570 4gb, thank you!!
