Please help me with any further changes I may need for my board.

I did make a few changes from the base folder for my chipset:

1) Updated Clover to 4979.

2) Installed necessary drivers64UEFI for FileVault 2.

3) Removed verbose flag.

4) Added darkwake=8.

5) Added basic options for WEG to support encoders.

I am still looking to get HDCP working with iTunes and Safari.

Hello sir I need help for my laptop battery issue, I try some batterykext like voodoobattery kext, acpi batterymanager kext but none of them work. I try both way put on the efi/clover/kext folder and system/library/extension but I was unlucky again, Iam not expert for DSDT patching so I hope you guys help me out.

Hello everyone,

Hope you all have a nice day. And please take a little time to consider my problems. I have 2 problems with my hackintosh laptop and I not good enough to fix it by myself.

The first problem is, I have to press the power button twice to turn on my laptop.

And the second problem is, I would like to generate an SSDT patch (with VoodooPS2Controller kext) to remap the Fn key to match the FN hotkeys on VAIO keyboard like the way RehabMan create an SSDT keyboard patch for Lenovo U430. The code of the patch really too difficult to understand for me. So please help me fix the shutdown and the SSDT patch problem. Thank in advance!

The keyboard functions I want to patch look like this:

Fn+F1: Disable/Enable Touchpad
Fn+F2: Turnn off volume  // Already working with VoodooPS2Controller kext
Fn+F3: Decrease volume // Already working with VoodooPS2Controller kext
Fn+F4: Increase volume  // Already working with VoodooPS2Controller kext
Fn+F5: Decrease Brightness
Fn+F6: Increase Brightness
Fn+F7: Disable/Enable the Backlit keyboard
Fn+F12: Put laptop into sleep

Got my laptop (Dell E5550) 95% working, only issue seems to be waking from sleep. Get a black screen where the only thing I can do is reboot. Can you take a look and generate a DSDT to see if it'll fix it? Here's the files:

Hi MaLd0n

I've used your EFI folder but system won't boot, hanged after VirtualSMC.kext loading. So I removed it and replaced with FakeSMC.kext and SMChelper. Also removed AppleALC.kext, FAKEPCIID_XHCIMux.kex, FakePCIID.kext. Also duplicate kextsInteMausiEthernet.kext, Lilu.kext, USBInjectAll.kext, WhateverGreen.kext from Library/Extensions, i have them in Clover/kexts/other

Now system boots, I see PCI devices in system prefs, RAM speeds is OK, USB ports shows good, but I have sleep problem - when it goes to sleep it almost turns off fast, when I try too wake up using SPACEBAR, keyboard lights up, but it don't wake up. When I push power button it kind of starts (I hear coolers starting) but the screen is black. Do I need to generate SSDT.aml using this EFI setup to fix this or is it BIOS/ACPI realated?

p.s.

added sendme zip generated with your new efi. also, with default haswell efi folder from Olarila, sleep was working good.
