Hi MaLD0n thank you for the help, I tried it this morning transfered the new EFI by USB and unzipped it on the MacOSX image from within that OS and used clover to mount the EFI parition and overwrote the existing EFI folder.

I rebooted and a series of +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ came up but it just locked and never worked again.

Replaced the opti file with one from the 7th opposed to 15th and it worked. strange thing to get it to boot so I could do that I had to press o in clover boot have a look around change nothing then boot to the MacOSX partition and it worked so by pausing boot process looking around in that time it allowed it to boot with the 15th opti file. I did as you said and replaced it with an older one and all seems well except I still can not get sound or load the Wifi drivers for the meditech usb wifi adaptor

Sorry for being so ignorant. Did exactly as you asked. edited the config.plist - still kernel panic when trying to boot. Booted from the USB installer and used the Hackintool to generate the patch after following the guide from Useful links in your signature, The generated config file was not complete. I am really lost now and don't know what to do. Can you please guide me on what to do? Current state of my hackintosh is: unable to boot after replacing the EFI folder with the one for my chipset. I can only boot from the USB installer. Please help...

Troquei minha Nvidia 1060 pelo video onboard do I7 2600k, que é o intel 3000, mas não estou conseguindo usar a aceleração!

Sabe me dizer se o Intel 3000 é incompatível ou seria somente um problema de configuração?

Hi,

I've been using a Hackintosh (High Sierra) for about a year or so. It mostly works normal as I learn more as I go, but getting the DSDT right is a challenge. I use this for music production, so I need it to run smoothly as possible.

If someone could be so kind to check my DSDT and config.plist I would be most grateful.

I have MSI Z77A-G45 Gaming with i5-3570K / 16GB RAM / Geforce 1050 ti 4gb and now also IntelHD4000 enabled.

I use a external soundcard so i disabled the internal from BIOS. Would like to remove it completely though.

Ok I finally was able to boot my OS from the HDD, what I wound up doing was following the instructions on copying the efi files, from the USB key and it booted successfully. Attached I have my current send me, if you wouldn't mind taking a look. I'm not sure what I was doing wrong when I was following the instructions for installing clover, etc...
