Hello, I do not know if there is a problem with my hack, however it is the first time I do and apparently everything is okay. I wonder if I need to do something to make sure it will not cause problems in the future. I thank everyone :)

Hi MaLd0n,


I've tried your patched DSDT but I'm still getting the "98%' on my battery status. Would you mind going over my EFI folder (config.plist + screenshots with kexts list and their location) and see if you notice something out of place/incorrect ? Once again, I would prefer just attaching the results from the Runme.app, but the size is too big for the forum's limit per file.


Note: I'm getting this error message when booting in verbose mode: "ACPIBatterymanager: Error : Capacity Read Zero (0)"

(Greets, Maldon! Strange issue..Mojave 10.14.5 is showing a RX480 Card in Clover, but I'm using a 580. Mac recognizes it as a 580, but my HDMI port is not functional. Any thoughts or advice would be most appreciated. Thanks very much.

Update.. Managed to get the HDMI working, however I am wondering why Clover is still showing my GPU as an RX480, eventhough my card is a 580. MacOS is showing 580, also. Is there something I am missing, possible a Fake I.D.? thank you.

Hi,


I'm trying to install Catalina 10.5 on Elitebook 840 G5. Unfortunately I suspect that due to an NVME issue so far it has not been possible. My last try would be to do so with a patched DSDT. I attach a DSDT dump from latest Clover.


I hope you can help :)

dear Admin whenever I try to install the voodooi2c.kext in EFI/Clover/Kexts/Others it gives me a restart problem

my laptop is ASUS TUF FX504GE i5 8300H coffee lake

I installed Olarila image using this guide.. https://github.com/PoomSmart/ASUS-FX504GE-Hackintosh

I haven't missed anything from guide even DSDT Editing etc

gimme a solution I used his clover folder since yours wasn't loading :help:help:help:help

Thank a lot now i have new problem when i use external HDD (USB Accessory Needs Power) but flashdrive can use normally
