Hi there! Please Help me!

My Hack works fine, but i have one strange glitch.

Sometimes i work remote on my Hack and use TeamViewer or JumpDesktop. If i use T.V. my Hack can glitch when i turn it to sleep remote.

If i use JD my hack wont sleep when i turn it to sleep remote. Only shutdown.

But when i work on my Hack at home i can turn it to sleep from keyboard and it slept. I cant understood. What a glitch from remote work.
