Installed it and same as it was no ethernet or wifi detected in system information no PCI card or device and in network wifi io80211 family 12.(1200.12.2)

i dont get it how both usb 3.0 ports detecting storage devices but none of wifi dongles. Tried 5 diffrent seem not power on, might be some usb issue ?

USB 2.0 ports are not woking in my laptop and no longer connceted to MB

i did bios update 3 times and it's not working the same error.

i test it with linux Centos 7 boot from usb works fine .

windows usb boot works fine.

only Clover give me that error ? any other solution in your pocket?different way to boot?

hi Daniel can you help me with my dsdt patch. I have temporary ryzen hackintosh and need to get to work my audio I did try all layouts for my codec but no luck and I think that dsdt may help I know that codec is ALC887

@Mald0n I've used ESP and transferred DSDT to clover patches folder, reboot laptop seem all ok now still trying fix wifi to be detected internal or external.

Now do I need to run DSDT file via AML app ?

If in Clover will enter false wifi ID would it help ??

Hello. I don't quite understand about DSDT patches. I clean install mojave 10.14.4 using the proper clover folder suggested here and everything is working well, video accel, audio, usb etc. But keep reading abouth DSDT patches and looks like a must do thing. so what do you suggest? I found out that my audio is not recognised by clover or dcpi manager, is there any problem with ACPI tables for my devices? Do I need to patch applehda or stick with voodoohda?

Thanks MaLd0n for your help i'm still looking how to Recover my bios i think it's NVRAM that needs to be reset.

i can't find how to do it on my motherboards they not aloud to recover from boot anymore only thru IPMI and the only option is to update bios no option for bios recovery.

Aorus Master Z390

Aorus RX580

Samsung Evo 970 Plus

Issues:

1. Kernal Panic during shutdown / restart (this occurred after I removed emuvariables efi as my board supports native NVRAM)

2. Sleep - taking long time and hangs sometimes

3. Samsung Evo 970 Plus (Windows boot drive) this need to be disabled due to firmware compatibility issue with OSX resulting in freeze. Currently it is installed in Path _SB.PCI0.RP17.PXSX

I already have optimised my clover to my knowledge and have created USB patch for 15 port limit. I am having trouble patching the ACPI to disable the M.2 Drive

Also the machine seem to work fine with shutdown and restart when I add EMUVariable-64.efi but it causes issues like clover not remembering the last boot, clover not automatically booting after countdown.

I tried this patch using MaciASL:

But after I apply the patch and try to compile the DSDT it gives me an error.

Cant seem where to find how to stop Mac from freezing during sleep, I ran the Post installation apps, but to no avail.

Build:

Intel i7-7700k

Asus Z270E - Gaming Motherboard

GPU - Asus Nvidia GTX1080 8 GB

If any other information is needed, let me know.

Edit: When taking an application out of full screen/Maximized the Logged in user will crash, then force a re-log. Not sure why that is either
