ur usb 3 is not intel, i think, u can try a genericxhci kext, but this kext cause some problems in many cases in new system version

Sir I think you didn't get my problem my higest brightness level of brightness slider has lower brightness means if I turn slider to full it still very dim

If you are able to activate brightness by using AppleBacklight kext as suggested by Maldon, you are more likely able to customise your brightness level by means of ssdt (unlike WEG where brightness customisation option is not available afaik)
