Quezacotle Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 I'm a layman on the subject Hackintosh. I just pasted the DSDT.aml file into Clover / Acpi / patched folder. Then I rebooted the system. Video acceleration still does not work. In fact I did not notice any change! Did he have to do anything else? Please help me!!

Hackintosh does not start with the DSDT and without IGPU. Kernel hangs... Is that a problem? DGPU must attached to device GFX0 for GVA HEVC support. Lucid245 Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 there is only 2 kext available for this card that I have found, the FakePCIID.kext and the FakePCIID_BCM57XX patch, or straight BCM5722D.kext which most people are happier with, and thats what I've went back too.. in all situations if I use the first 2 ill get 00:00:00:00:00:00 for mac address and no matter what I do it won't fix the issue. I have fixed my SMBIOS/SMUUID now as iCloud issues trying to sign into the previous setups account have been resolved and I am no longer getting any random lockups/freezes. If you don't mind taking a peak at this latest and see if there is any errors other than issues with LAN. Added in 24 seconds: ill pop you another donation for the troubles thanks. Made some changes- could not successfully boot with a virgin Olarila Clover folder, had to replace the EFIdrivers (OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi works while the other Aptio fixes don't) Are you still able to generate DSDT?
