I can't assign video memory from my bios. I tried to follow a lot of tutorials, none of them worked What can I do? Any advice? Thanks for your time and expertise

There is some hard drive activity and the power button stops flashing and stays on but no display. Unplugging the display cable and plugging it back in stll no display.

pinkertonb95 Posted February 23, 2019 Posted February 23, 2019 So my laptop was running great and then I installed Mojave.... Everything seems to be running fine except for the external display which was working fine on High Sierra. I also think there may be a problem with the usbs on my system. I'm using the DSDT that you helped me with from High Sierra. When I plug in the external display it just flickers. I use the external display when Im at home so Im wondering if you could help me fix it. Also I'm not sure if its power management or what but its running louder now that I upgraded and I did a clean install not an upgrade so I don't know why I said upgrade. Hi, Thanks for creating this - It just worked the first time - WOW - I am on: GA-Z87M-D3H 4770K GTX 660 Installing High Sierra 10.13 I have created the RunMe.app file and donated. I have not done anything else. Can I use the AppleHDA patcher to get sound or should I find Realtek kexts or how would you recommend to proceed? Should I wait before installing Nvidia drivers or just use the ones native to MacOS? Should High Sierra already detect GTX 660 as a sound device or is it normal that it doesn't? I have followed other guides before and got it working but I don't really know how to help myself. I have an issue. I tried to use the newest FakeSMC and this resulted in kernel panic with the DSDT that you made for me. I swapped the FakeSMC with the old one but I still can't boot.
