Hello Mald0n! I've given up from Mojave for a while and downgraded to High Sierra using Olarila's raw image. There's too many issues to fix in Mojave on my Dell N5110 and the instability was driving me crazy. It was rare when I could actually shutdown the laptop instead force rebooting because of a system hang. I really don't know how some ppl could make it run perfectly on this machine...

Curious thing, the AtherosWifiInjector.kext you sent me worked perfectly (finding all SSID) but just at the first time. In Mojave and even High Sierra I can enable wifi but there's no SSID to connect to.

About USB fixing is being a real challenge! I've tried to read and follow carefully the post you have suggested but seems like that topic is more for the well experienced hackintoshers, where several steps are not well explained to a newjoiner. I'm almost a month on this project (I've read lots of info here, other forums and the whole Clover Wiki) but still fell myself like a newbie in several aspects.

GenericUSBXHCI.kext and mXHCD.kext made all USB ports work, however there's no mention on USB3 overall. One print is attached.

About audio, no success on using AppleHDA patcher. I could generate all the files, but it simply doesn't work. AppleALC worked fine for 2 times, then trying to fix USB suddenly ain't working anymore. I even had installed AppleALC and Lilu kexts on S/L/E but no results.

In FILES folder there's two RunMe app, which one should I use to prepare new file? I'm using the same DSDT you have prepared for me. Should I keep using it or another one is necessary on High Sierra? I'm using also a SSDT generated from SSDT_Automator and ticked off Pstates and Cstates generation.

Sorry for the long post and questions. I'm doing a deep search, but it's so difficult to find proper and clear information besides here...

Olá, sou bem novo aqui no fórum e consegui fazer meu Hackintosh, consegui instalar quase tudo com as kexts (até a GeForce 1060 ), contudo não estou entendendo como patchear o DSDT.

Ah, uma coisa que eu não estou conseguindo configurar e que está me irritando um pouco é o brilho da tela. Já tentei vários tutoriais e nada. Tentei esse: https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/applebacklightfixup e não deu certo. Alguém tem alguma solução? Tá um pouco desconfortável ficar com o brilho no talo na cara.

So I went to patch the AppleHDA but I can't find wich ALC is my Realtek, how do I find this?

Thank you! However, my Saphire Pro 40 firewire audio interface doesn't work with the patched DSDT in place. In connects fine without the DSDT.

Flashei a imagem do High Sierra aqui do forum e tô fazendo uma instalação limpa com a DSDT que você me enviou pra tentar ter a melhor performance e o menor numero de conflito possível com alguma kext.

Sabe me dizer se há alguma outra solução para o brilho da tela que funcione no meu caso?

[ref]MaLd0n[/ref], reinstalei o sistema com a imagem aqui do fórum (High Sierra 10.13.6) e coloquei a DSDT.aml na pasta /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched. Consegui instalar o vídeo da GTX 1060, mas não estou conseguindo instalar o audio.

Tentei usar o AppleALC+Lilu e tentei também o VoodooHDA, todos na pasta /Library/Extensions/, mas nada funcionou.

Antes de eu formatar o audio era reconhecido com ALC892, mas agora não reconhece nenhum hardware de audio. O que eu posso estar fazendo errado?

Fiz um novo Send me também. Você ou alguém mais experiente conseguiria dar-me uma luz?

with applealc you will need to add layout id in clover mount your efi open you clover config then go to devices an try these layouts an reboot to test each one 1,2,3,4,5,7,12,15,28,31,,92,98,99 also make sure your using the newest applealc+lilu
