Please help with patched DSDT

Things seem to be running more or less OK, but struggling with multi-monitor support. Can that be fixed with a patch or is that going to require a different card? I'm using an ulatrawide monitor as the main monitor and 2 1080P monitors mirrored.

even i pach my usb, my mobo see 22 USB port!! and I tried to change the bootflags, but for some reason freeze my computer.

Or I think I mistaken the direction!!
