Hi,

Seeking some DSDT help-

Running 10.14.1, everything is working great except for three minor issues–

1) Cold boot gets me the 'prohibitory sign' / kernel panic a lot. I have to restart usually 2-3 times before I can get into MacOS without a panic. When it boots successfully the only issues are:

2) Every time I boot into Mac (even if I don't get a panic right before) I get 'your computer restarted because of a problem'.

3) I'm using the Thunderbolt AIC to connect to an Apple Thunderbolt Display which works great, except sometimes the USB ports on the monitor don't work (maybe 20-30% of the time). When the USB doesn't work, the webcam and display audio also do not work. Graphics, and all other ports on the display (ethernet, firewire, TB) all work fine every time.

For additional info, I'm running the F4 BIOS (has more Thunderbolt options than newer versions) and have been attempting to tweak settings there to get the Display USB to work better. I got increased success rate with Display USB by enabling `Platform Power Management` in the Power section of the BIOS which also fixed Sleep/Wake for me. The rest of my BIOS is in line with most Gigabyte Z370 guides for Mojave but I can post screenshots of BIOS settings if needed.

Everything else is working perfectly but solving these three issues would be 100% success for me.

Beer money incoming if anyone can help. Thank you in advance!

[ref]cartfisk[/ref], ok

the best is use last bios version and extract DSDT from last bios version with F4 key in clover boot screen, files generated in clover/acpi/patched

Yes, all USB working, the HP HD Webcam works with the Camera Control App w/o problem, so if i want to use Skype, need to first open Skype and then the Camera Control App, with the Face Time it doesn't work, if i first open FT and then the CC App so it freezes, very stranger issue, with Mojave it worked well,

Thanks for helping.

Hi Maldon,

I need help with GA X79 UP4 for Mojave install. I did run the Runme.app it opened up a browser with Paypal link to donate. I'd like to know first if I made the donation from the link to Paypal, will it automatically send you the file it created? Just want to make sure since this is my first time here and not that familiar how it works to help with DSDT for my configuration. Looking forward to your respond. Thanks!

I know it's not mandatory but someone else's time who is helping the Hackintosh community is I think deserves some sort of gratitude.

I just don't know how sending the files works. I don't know where to look for the files after I ran the app. It just opened a browser to Paypal. So I thought it will send the files automatically after the donation.

Use last clover version?

I'm currently using 4741. So I need to downgrade to the version before this? Thanks!

Is this CLOVER folder for USB Mojave Install or you just want me to put this and replace my current CLOVER folder on my current Sierra running system?
