The computer go to sleep, led blink normal, but when push power button or keyboard space, power on computer but display is blank and power led and hdd blink fast. The Sierra SO sleep normal and power good, but High Sierra and Mojave not. On my motherboard the PCI x1 slot blocks the use of a double slot graphics card in the x16 slot so I have to use the x8 slot. The PCI adapter will not run when placed in any other slot. Fortunately I have never encountered any issues using the x8 slot.
