Hello,

i have 10.6.8 (32bit archí386 force) and i have edited all kext nv*40, nv*resman, nv*50, geforce with my Device ID.

I configurate an EFI String in my boot.plist, but nothing works.

No Nvinject or other injector works...

Thanks for your Tipp...

ive restored nv*50 and gforce kext to original and just edit the nv*40 and nv*resman kext. I can boot with GraphicsEnabler=Yes without any Problem.

But no QI/QE enabled :(

At the Moment is use an EFI String for my 7400go without any injector. Should i change this -> Remove EFI-String and install an Injector?

good hack

Great Thanks! Works perfectly Except 2 things:

1. Audio not working (Is needed to use HDAEnabler along with Patched Apple HDA?)

2. You forgot to inject SATA as internal. I injected the code using DSDT Editor and patch but at the sound I don't reach a good result!

An advice would be appreciated! Billion thanks already for help.

EDIT: For the Patched AppleHDA to work is needed to be seened as internal like in the attachement I added.

The problem is i don't know exactly what patch is needed to use for injection properly work.

EDIT2: Solved by changing layout id to correct one from another DSDT of GA P45-DS3R mobo.

To avoid "PCI Config Begin" i use in org.cham.boot this lines: GraphicsEnabler=No npci=0x2000

I attached corrected DSDT for who needs him.

Problem solved! Thanks Mald0n & oldnapalm for your work!

Hi there

I am busy getting my hackintosh to work and I am in need of some help. So the problems that me and the others with this laptop are having are: wired LAN doesn't work (I know that this is solved by a dsdt fix), cpu recognition and cpus=1, intel HD4000 graphics, usb 3.0 ports are only 3.0 and the one 2.0 port is only usb 2.0, sound and the nvidia gpu (dont think you will be able to get switching to work (if you can absolutely amazing) but though I should mention it). This is all i can think of at the moment (a little sick). If anybody could help me with these problem that would be great and I am truly thankful for anybodies help. Also should probably mention that I did already make a custom smbios.

Send me David’s MacBook Pro.zip

Thanks for your quick help.

I can set p and c-states in chameleon and remove the NullCPUPowerManagement.kext but I am sorry, I really don't know what to do with hdef layout 12 (0C) to applehda.

Please help me once again.

what i try to say that in dsdt is injection for applehda with layout 12 (it's the usual layout, it can be changed for 1 or alc269 , alc889 for what u want)

After did all the above then I restart my laptop and I get kernel panic:

"...invalid kernel ip won't attempt to handle trap.

So what to do then?

hello

post photo of the kp...

if u use voodoohda, remove applehda because the dsdt is injecting the layout...

Removing AppleHDA does remove the kernel panic. But now I cant use my USB mouse and still it is not able to sleep when clicking the Sleep option or closing the lid.

Actually it's like an immediate wake up.

Sure, I rebooted maybe 4 or 5 times but still got the kernel panic. I tried as well some flags, this -x flags had enabled me to by pass the KP and log on to safe mode desktop.

Wait for a while I'll send you the KP pic.

Hi,

looks like you are using a voodoo kernel. Can't you boot with vanilla kernel?

Run this on terminal and post the results

syslog | grep -i "wake reason"
