I Would appreciate some help with my Dell Vostro 5590 Laptop with Ventura.

 

Trackpad and keyboard not working. (Work for just a few seconds after login screen appears)

Sleep/Wake instant wake if any USB devices are connected.

Wifi not working.

Screen Brightness keys not working (Display Preference slider works)

Wireless USB mouse works, but with some glitches/hangs)

Hi,

I tried installing Ventura on Dell Inspiron 15 Plus 7510 and it worked (WiFi/Bluetooth works after fix, USB devices are getting recognized, sound is there, backlit keyboard light works but cannot fully control), but many issues are there like cannot control display brightness, inbuilt keyboard works before login and then stops, touchpad isn't working. Most important is that the laptop heats up a lot

Battery drain when sleeping( It's like the latop doesn't sleep, the screen just goes off.), and also the power button led blinks after wake
