First u need change LAN CARD 10G slot, put in slot x8. thunderbolt device need it. free slot

Could you please check out my DSDT. It took days to get this up and installed and right now all I can find that isn't working is a new monitor that my boss dropped off. It's a MSI Optic G271 and it is dark and won't allow anything past 1600x900 at 60 Hertz.

i removed the ssdts and used the dsdt only and now it does not go to sleep i get only a black screen but my pc is still running

before using the DSDT  (log show --style syslog | fgrep "Wake reason")

(2021-08-24 01:26:43.545064-0700  localhost kernel[0]: (AppleTopCaseHIDEventDriver) [HID] [ATC] AppleDeviceManagementHIDEventService::processWakeReason Wake reason: Host (0x01) )

and AFter

Hello,

with the X79 efi folder downloaded from the indicated tinyurl IT DOESN'T BOOT AT ALL!

I've putted the provided dsdt.aml in MY ACPI PATCHED folder and it DOESN'T BOOT either.

The machine boot only with the runme files I've sent you with my original request.

Please let use just that for starting point of tweaking!

Edit: I think my onboard audio card crashed while installing Hackintosh. I'm using a USB card that's been helping me. I just don't have her volume control (Sound Blaster x-fi 5.1).

Hello, many thanks for the quick answer.... 

With this one added in the mine existing ACPI/PATCHED folder containing the two DSDT, it now boot but unfortunately the wake up (with the power button and mouse) does not work anyway.... so strange...

Do not know how to proceed further...

Hello MaLd0n,
Here is my PC's specs.
System recognise it as ALC 897 but no luck so far. alcid=66 and alcid=69 doesn't work. I see the volume control on the top bar but can't hear anything. HDMI sound on monitor and TV working but internal output is silent.

Hi everyone

update : I used setup file and SMBIOS every thing is OK thx @MaLd0n

just need patch dsdt 

 

 

I have problem with sleep on my build , when it’s going to sleep the screen turn off but, the fans and the cpu still on,

I try every thing and @MaLd0n usb mapping tutorial but still no success
