Hello, I have the same y700 laptop, currently it runs big sur, but I also have problems with patches, the brightness works, the audio is low, problems when trying to turn off, keyboard works (except combination to increase / decrease brightness) touchpad without gestures . How could we help each other to improve performance?

Maldon tudo bem? Estou ajudando um cara a fazer um hack mas não conseguimos nem instalar o Catalina ainda. Sempre preso em "PCI configuration..." com Clover e OpenCore. Estou meio perdido já. Pode fazer os patchs na DSDT dele para ver se consigo passar disso? Não conseguimos nem chegar no instalador, por isso não consegui rodar o Send-me.

hi @MaLd0n first thank you for helping me, but I have question .. yesterday I updated bios G1 sniper B7 from bios F5 to F22f (latest), so it is possible to put your DSDT (dump from F5) or I must dump again with came from F22f

note:

with F5 bios I can't get Big Sur installer running always get  KP

with F22f bios version Big Sur Installer is running well

Hi @MaLd0n,

i followed the guide for opencore and generated the file with runme. Doesn't work nvram, hevc and the dgpu is not seen on videoproc.

Ok. I have removed fake EC from dsdt.aml and renamed EC0 to EC. Now works fine.

And I found another problem. Can't wake from sleep by keyboard or mouse. Only can wake by power button.

How can I fix it?
