Resizable BAR Tested On Intel Z490 Platform: Gains Up To 20 Percent

Merry Christmas Maldon.

Thanks for this new DSDT, although I like the one in the first post better.

I attach images of the Bios (1) with the new option "Re-Size BAR Support", and an image of the stop (2) at the boot. Do not boot with the new option enabled.

I also attach the DSDT origin extracted with F4 clover.

It is possible that there is no solution for this and even that it is only really useful  for the new Navi RX 6800 XT.

But since I know you like to play with ACPI and this will come in the new 400 series BIOS, I leave it for you to study.

Thank you very much monster.

Hello, I was able to successfully upload Big Sur using OpenCore, however since I don't have a dedicated GPU I'm getting problems with DRM and Sleep, I generated Send_me ... Can you generate a .dsdt as a solution? Thanks for attention... 3=)

My Hardware is:

MOBO: Aorus Pro B460M
Processor: I5 - 10400
Gpu: Only IGPU
Wifi/Bluetooth card: FV-T919

Hi. Thanks for this tutorial @MaLd0n

I have placed an order for the same motherboard and CPU. I want to use this with iGPU. So I added the video patch that you shared in the comments. Then added ACPI patches (Rename HECI to IMEI and Rename MEI to IMEI) (It took me hours to figure out how to do it since this is my 1st hackintosh build) After that in the NVRAM section, I added boot arg -cdfon since my screen res is 1200p. Anyways I did these by using OpenCore Configurator.

I have one question. You shared DSDT and SSDT. Should I add them via Opencore Configurator? Or are they already included in the EFI folder that you shared? I downloaded your EFI folder and generated new Serials, Board Serials and SmUUIDs for the config.plist by using GenSMBIOS (I used MacPro7,1 for System product name to generate these).

Do I need to do anything else? My PC will arrive tomorrow. I used my iMac to create a bootable ''Big Sur'' USB stick.

Thanks in advance.

Hey. I couldnt install the hackintosh. Screen goes black with no signal after selecting macOS install from usb on boot (screen goes black after verbose)

I edited EFI folder before install. is this the problem?. Should make the changes on efi folder after install or before?

EDIT; I fixed it but now bigsur installer reboots when saying 10min remaining, what to do?

Hey. I managed to install by using your EFI folder. Screen was pinkish colour but I fixed it by forcing rgb. Only problem is installing xcode. It stucks saying installing. I tried other apps, they install just fine. (I also changed ROM by assigning my ethernet's mac address to it)

Edit: MacOS installer asks for internet connection. For future reference, typing "ifconfig en0 media 1000baseT" to Terminal before installing macOS, enables the ethernet. I hope this helps someone.

Hey.

No USB3 on my MSI B460A-Pro on Big Sur 11.3 and 11.4 beta.

In Big Sur 11.2 no problem with usb map solution

In Big Sur 11.3 I remap,  but the USB3 don't appear.

Any patch for this or we wait for a new version?
