[Guide] Install/Restore BigSur with OpenCore

I can't update bigsur from 11.0.1 to 11.3, when starting opencore I have the Macintosh HD partition but when I select it, it always restarts the pc. why?

No caso se alguém tiver a EFI do Dell Inspiron 15 3000 3567 / i3567 15.6 
Eu já ficaria extremamente grato, o problema é que tentei usando um EFI do mesmo modelo só que com i3
E quando foi dar boot parou nessa mesma parte e não saia mas de lá.

Hi @MaLd0n.

I need a little help. I am trying to install Big Sur but when there are 12 minutes to finish the installation the system automatically breaks.
My system is: core i5 7th gen (kabylake), gigabyte GA h110-m, 16GB ram, nvidia gt 710 gainward.
