Jeff Nguyen Posted July 4, 2021 Posted July 4, 2021 I have a 5-series, no-uefi board with a Clarkdale i3-540 and AMD HD7750 dGPU, iGPU is disabled in BIOS. I've just install Catalina with OC 0.7.0. For some reasons, the hack can not reboot. It seems to power down with no signal to monitor but the pc's light stays on forever. Shut-Down works fine. Could you help me with full DSDT patch please! Also, this board's native NVRAM doesn't work. I followed this guide to emulate NVRAM but it doesn't seem to work so iMessage & FaceTime return errors when sign in. Do you have any solution for this NVRAM? Thank you very much! P.S. I removed the kext folder and replace with screen capture of files because the zip file is too big to attach here. Send me Jeff-PC.tranghang.zip

Mohammad Ar-razaak Posted August 8, 2021 Posted August 8, 2021 Hi sir @MaLd0n , thanks in advance for providing the tools I needed to fix my issues but it seems like I can't get it done yet, and I hope you can help me out fixing this. I have issue on sleep - wake on my Asus with any triggers whether its from apple menu - sleep or lid close. Especially for the long sleep. When I put my laptop on sleep and in the short time, let's say 10 min after the sleep indicator turned on, mostly I can wake my laptop up, but every single time I put my laptop to sleep and leave it overnight, it always comes up with black screen and nothing in the screen, even though the power indicator has turned on as soon as I open the lid / press any keyboard button to wake the laptop, and also sometimes there's an error when I turned on the laptop with the "EFI Wake Failure" things on the message, but mostly there's no error message there. Would you mind to help me to fix this issue? I attached my Send Me file on link download here :https://www3.zippyshare.com/v/h7wNYIEJ/file.html And also here is my laptop specification : ASUS VivoBook 14 A442U * Intel Core i5-8250U * iGPU : Intel UHD 620 * dGPU : Nvidia GeForce 930MX * RAM : 4GB DDR4 SDRAM/2133Mhz + 8GB DDR4 SDRAM * Storage : 240 SSD SATA * Ethernet : RTL8111 * Audio : Realtek ALC256 * Touchpad : I2C * Screen Size/Resolution : 14"/1366x768 I hope you can help me fix this. Thank you so much.
