Hey Mald0n,

I updated to Big Sur 11.5 and it apparently this fixed the issue, but I'll try to delete applealc and see if it happens to get even more stable.

Thanks!

Will the GIGABYTE Z490 UD AC work with everything like the non ac model? I’m planning on running on just IGPU while I get a DGPU

Hi MaLd0n! I had installed MacOS Catalina using your Opencore EFI folder and it is working flawlessly! Currently I'm planning to upgrade it to MacOS Monterey 12.5. So I came back to this thread and searched for a EFI folder, did everything properly, but I'm not able to boot properly. Am I doing something wrong? Once I was able to get into installation screen it asked me to connect mouse and keyboard. I think USB is not detected in installation.

I'm using your Monterey image build

Thanks a lot, MaLd0n! Comet Lake Opencore MOD folder worked perfectly! Everything works perfectly, USB Audio as well. But USB Storage devices are not working at all. what can be the possible issue?

Hello MaLd0n,

I would kindly ask for patching my Clover Folder of my Hackintosh. The only issue I have identified since having this build is that my Thunderbolt 3 add-in card doesn't work as expected. When starting MacOS I often face the issue, that my external audio interface, which is connected via Thunderbolt 3 to my Gigabyte Titan Ridge add-in card, is not recognized and also hot-plug is not working.  I would like to be able to use my external audio interface under both Operating Systems - Windows and MacOS.

Thanks in advance and wishing the best

Well, It's been awhile and I thank you again for past assistance! I just installed Sonoma 14.2.1 and seems to working well! I just need to map USB. I have the Gigabyte Z390 UD board, i7-9700KF, 32gb memory, Dual boot windows 11/OSX on two separate drives using OC... Can you check my EFI and make sure I have everything properly set?

Thanks!
