Junior Rocha Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 Done @MaLd0n Now, some time after boot, the display shows "no signal". I tried from vanilla Olarila and from scratch with BigSur + Opencore Olarila folders.
Junior Rocha Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 (edited) Updating here: Finally installed! - Olarila Vanilla BigSur 11.4 - Downloaded EFI folder from this post - config.plist: - XhciPortLimiy = false - boot-args = inserted -igfxvesa Problems to solve: - Intel Graphics 630: Running slow at 10MB and got "no signal" when remove -igfxvesa - Native wi-fi and bluetooth are not working. Junior Rocha Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 AWESOME! Works like a charm! Now, I'l try to solve WIFI and Bluetooth. Thanks a lot @MaLd0n!
Junior Rocha Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 UPDATES: - Bluetooth works with headset but when I try to pair mouse and keyboard, they are connected for some seconds and after disappear. At this time, none of them works properly. I have been trying to use others kexts and... nothing =/ - Wifi: Trying to use itlwm = no success. I'm almost there, just this two things left. Must I have to do USB remapping? 5 hours ago, MaLd0n said: use this video patch with igfxonln=1 Should I use another flag like cdfon to get audio through HDMI?

Junior Rocha Posted June 2, 2021 Posted June 2, 2021 UPDATING: - Onboard Wifi: working with https://github.com/OpenIntelWireless/itlwm/releases with specific pack: AirportItlwm_v1.2.0_stable_BigSur.kext.zip Tryed to use last releases from Airport or itlwm but I got no success. The main advantage to use Airport "version" is that do not need to use other app to manage wifi, like HeliPort. - Onboard Bluetooth: Headset works fine! I'll remap USB to try to solve keyboard and mouse pairing problem.
Junior Rocha Posted June 2, 2021 Posted June 2, 2021 @MaLd0n I've done the USB remapping and I'm trying to fix bluetooth problems. I'm using IntelBluetoothFirmware The weird behavior is: headset ok, keyboard and mouse are pairing but after few seconds disconnects. Not even works, only connects and disconnect.
Junior Rocha Posted June 2, 2021 Posted June 2, 2021 Finally I understand that IntelBluetoothFirmware is not a fully kext/driver. I got to use a usb or pci dongle to handle with my bluetooth needs. Summary: - Mobo Gigabyte z490 ud ac - Intel 10700k - SSD Corsair Force Series MP510 How? - Pure BigSur to USB - Get EFI from this post - Customize: - Intel U630 (Thanks @MaLd0n) - Using AirportItlwm_v1.2.0_stable_BigSur.kext.zip to wifi (itlwm 1.2, 1.3 and Airpotitlwm 1.3 didn't work to me) - USB Remap (just using USBPorts.kext, because my mobo) Problems: - Onboard Bluetooth - Áudio from HDMI to Screen (LG29) - Mouse freeze for few seconds after boot or when back from sleep Thanks a lot guys and Mad0n, you're awesome!
Phirus Posted June 11, 2021 Posted June 11, 2021 Maldon, Thanks for the good explanation.. I have the same system and thanks to this explanation I got it to work.. Everything works only my thunderbolt 3 connection in system preferences gives 2.5 gt/s speed.. is there a possibility that I can do this can adjust or is it supposed to be like this? Thanks again for the good explanation but it would be even nicer if I can solve this :-)

It only lasts for 40 seconds everytime and goes away. After doing some research, I think this problem has something to do with external display and UHD 630. This doesn't happen when using a dedicated gpu. This is more of an Apple issue, than a hackintosh issue. It's all good, just need to wait 40 secs after boot up to get it working normally.

plsh2me Posted July 15, 2021 Posted July 15, 2021 (edited) @MaLd0nHi, I have installed macOS Big Sur on my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (i5 1035G4, Iris plus graphics, 8gb/128gb). It has the display blinking problem. And the battery not working (got icon only by using fake ssdt & smc battery kext). May be proper dsdt and config can solve this.
