Northwinds Posted May 14, 2020 Posted May 14, 2020 Been holding off for a while but think it's time to upgrade my main hac. What would be the best way forward? Is it possible to keep all files, programs and settings in place and just update with the App Store installer or do I need to make an install USB? Many thanks!

Northwinds Posted May 20, 2020 Author Posted May 20, 2020 Went ahead with the update from the AppStore install and seemed to go well but now I’m stuck at clover screen with options to Boot FileVault Prebooter from Preboot and Boot macOS Install Prebooter from Preboot. I tried the latter option using verbose, safe mode and debug not reboot flags and got this: I IMG_1483.zip
