X79 Ivy Bridge dual CPU setup - can't get CPU PM to work (kinda solved)

So my struggle is in the title - can't get XCPM to work on X9DRi-LN4F Mobo with dual Xeon E5-2690v2 CPUs running Cataling 10.15.14 on OpenCore

Setup details along with most important system outputs can be found here - https://github.com/AMar4enko/hackintosh-journey/tree/master/X9DRi-E5-2690v2x2

Any suggestions are welcome, can switch from OC back to Clover if needed.

UPD. Okay, it's kinda solved now - looked through boot log carefully and noticed there was an error loading CpuPm ACPI table, generated by ssdtPRGen script, complaining on logical CPU 21 (20 cores with HT enabled results in 40 logical CPUs). Disabled HT in BIOS then regenerated SSDT and plugin-type=1 was successfully set for CPU0 thus working PM.
I'm still wondering why it's not XCPM - applied 10.15.4 xcpm_bootstrap patch for Ivy Bridge-E from https://github.com/CloverHackyColor/CloverBootloader/commit/dca2aafe40eb7396fae4463ac4044db734ffe25b and can see it applied correctly from OC boot log, but machdep.xcpm.mode=0.

I'd love to hear if someone has anything to add

Extract tables with F4 key in Clover boot screen, boot into system and run this app
