Update: 
I resolved the Ethernet issue: 
I just updated the kexts: 
Realtek8111 and IntelMausi.

Also just in case, I installed, the NullEthernet, including in the ACPI: ssdt-rmne.aml

and it worked! 
Right now, still trying to map the usb....
I can´t find why I find the ports are called: HP11-HP27, instead HSxx or SSxx...

Sure! No problem, This OC EFI Folder is working with my gear: 
CPU: Corei7 3930k (6cores)
MB: Gigabyte X79s UP5 WiFi
GPU: RX580 (I have 2, by now, I don´t know, But I´ve not been able to make it work just 1 with multiple monitors. using 1, just works the 2 DP displays, Adding just 1 more, it start having glitches, and black screen in the 3rd monitor
Using 2 GPU´s, the 2ns is working neatly and the first, I´m just using the 2nd DP display. 

I´m sending you the config.plist file.
and a .jpg with the Folder Structure. You can get the drivers and kext files.

the card in the slot 1: still working just 2 monitors, slot 2: working good the 5 ports for the monitors.
But just using 1, I have that issues.

Hey dado! I have the exact same hardware as you, i tried to use your config plist and putting in the folder the same files but i can't reach big sur installer do you think it's because i tried to install big sur instead of mojave?
