Please help me my hdmi isnt outputting signal when i conect it reboots my machine

my audio jack also when i plug in my headphones it makes a high pitch noisey it nearly blew my eardrums

and finally I was not able to fix my brighness keys they are switched I have to hold fn+S and fn+b to go up and down , instead of f11 and f12 ... please help me ive been trying hard but no success .
