Cayman12 Posted December 3, 2019 Posted December 3, 2019 Hi, I am trying to install Catalina with the Olarila-Catalina image. The installation process works until the first reboot. After I boot into clover on that reboot again, I can only see the Catalina data partition, there is no entry something like "Install macOS Catalina". The result is, I cannot complete the Catalina installation. I have tried to choose the Catalina data partition, the installer comes up though, it always starts at 13 minutes left. I chose the data parition at least 5 times with no success. Does anybody know, why I am only able to see the data partition and not the install partition? My harddrive is a 120GB SSD drive and I am connected using a Display-Port to HDMI cable. Thanks! Matt ASUS Prime Z390-P, i7-9700K, Sapphire Radeon RX580 Nitro+

Cayman12 Posted December 7, 2019 Author Posted December 7, 2019 Hi, just to let you guys know, I detached all my harddrives except the one SSD i wanted to install Catalina on. With this configuration I had no problem. I went through the installation process without any errors. While reboot and booting into clover I only saw the Install macOS partition - the data partition didnt show up. Cheers, Matt ASUS Prime Z390-P, i7-9700K, Sapphire Radeon RX580 Nitro+
