MAP002 Posted November 10, 2019 Posted November 10, 2019 Yeah, good spot. I tried that. When the upgrade program runs, I get a reboot after about a minute or two, then a CPU panic. Attached are screen grabs of the shutdown and crash... And thanks for having a look, Daniel! Screens.zip

MAP002 Posted November 10, 2019 Posted November 10, 2019 Oh, OK, so I need a DSDT patch first, before the OS upgrade. That's all I needed to know.
Administrators MaLd0n Posted November 10, 2019 Administrators Posted November 10, 2019 [ref]MAP002[/ref], in some cases u need dsdt for all, include Installation Macos -Guides and Tutorials HERE -Hackintosh Tutorial Database - HERE -The largest EFI folder collection for Hackintosh HERE -Support Olarila Vanilla Hackintosh by making a donation HERE -Professional Hackintosh Support since 2006 HERE
MAP002 Posted November 10, 2019 Posted November 10, 2019 OK, so, new DTST in place, reboots a minute after the install starts, NO CPU PANIC!! ... And then back to 10.15.0. What am I missing? Is there a 10.15.1 installer so I can skip 10.15.0 entirely? It's a fresh enough install that I don't mind starting over from scratch if it will help.
Administrators MaLd0n Posted November 10, 2019 Administrators Posted November 10, 2019 [ref]MAP002[/ref], after first reboot, select "Data Partition" in clover boot screen -Guides and Tutorials HERE -Hackintosh Tutorial Database - HERE -The largest EFI folder collection for Hackintosh HERE -Support Olarila Vanilla Hackintosh by making a donation HERE -Professional Hackintosh Support since 2006 HERE
MAP002 Posted November 10, 2019 Posted November 10, 2019 The only partitions on offer are my OS partition and 'Recovery'. Just checked Clover and the only hidden partition is 'Preboot'. I'm certain I must be overlooking something obvious...

Senninha Posted November 27, 2019 Posted November 27, 2019 MaLd0n, I need your help. I did a fresh install Catalina 10.15.1 and I have the same problems that I had. It's too slow the access to the hard disk. I need to solve it, I can't work in this conditions. Thank you in advance.

Senninha Posted November 28, 2019 Posted November 28, 2019 Thanks for the help MaLd0n. I have checked the hardware and it works perfectly, obviously in windows, in OSX it is as if a patch that is applied is badly "addressed". It is not logical that when I try (for example, unzip a zip, however small it is too late). I try to explain myself well, it's as if when you install the operating system in Windows and you lack the chipset driver that makes everything work correctly. If I do not need to do any process with the hard drives, the team responds perfectly, but as I use the disk, the performance plummets. The system that I have followed to install Catalina, has been as indicated in the manuals, I prepare the pendrive, install the operating system, install clover bootloader and replace the EFI folder that is created, with that of my chipset (Chipset 10, 20 and 30 ), and I put in the corresponding folder the dsdt.aml that you kindly created me 3 months ago. I have had hackintosh before, but with none I had the problems of accessing discs that I am having right now. Any help you can provide would be helpful. If you need more info about the kexts that I'm using, I cand send you a picture with the info.
