It is ELAN. I have verified that in Windows device manager.
But using the ELAN drivers/kext from the 1st page of this thread, the trackpad doesn't work.
My BIOS is latest version.
Can ANYONE please help me? What do I need to do or try?

When I use his DSDT I get stuck on SMCRTC: Stop during boot.
I am using OpenCore

Thankyou for the update mald0n, but anyway i have an issue, i wanna install catalina olarila and then got stuck at VoodooPS2Trackpad: Identify Touchpad command failed in this device (lenovo S145). btw im using ELAN version of touchpad. this is my ACPI/origin from F4 clover boot. any ideas what happen with this installation?

no idea what happens, just use my full efi in first post with last bios version

yea i have tried using the efi files from the post but another issue happened, there was error when installing catalina like this "An Error Occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again"

 

any ideas?

Hi MaLd0n,

Just a suggestion , you could update the first post including this info BIOS/UEFI Updated ASCN43WW.

The post states to update to the latest version , but that could be misleading in the future, since Lenovo can update its bios anytime.

I am using your EFI 

I have some issues 

1) if I don't check inject EDID and Intel in clover settings -> I am getting a black screen on built-in display, alhought on external monitor it's everything ok.

if check Inject EDID and Inject Intel in Clover  settings - it's everything ok on both(built-in and external) displays 

2) brightness keys don't work

3) I have errors with Voodoo2ELANTouchPaddriver ELAN0629 invalid report, althought touchpad is working

may be you know how to solve these issues

I have solved the problem, may be/

I opened a report from AIDA64 and I saw 

 

[ Intel Whiskey Lake-U GT2 - Integrated Graphics Controller ]

and I set it in config.plist

Am I right? what do you think about it?

BUT I have 7Mb in info about it Graphics Intel Corporation, Series Chipset Iris Plus Graphics 655 7Mb

Tentei efetuar a instalação mas para na parte do "Identify touchpad command failed".

Estou usando a imagem do catalina que baixei aqui.

Verifiquei que meu driver é o da ELAN.

Fiz o download do zip do driver da pagina inicial . A duvida é como faço para substituir os kext na imagem que baixei aqui do site?

and my issues with brightness keys and black screen are disappeared

BUT with last EFI and BIOS    I have  a new problem      DW1560 isn't working, altghouth on previous dsdt it was ok

may be you know how to solve problem with dw1560?

I have done rebuild cache but nothing changed

 

could you send me your FULL work EFI for s145-15iwl+dw1560+ELAN145

you need add AirportBrcmFixup.kext

it's absent in your EFI
