rockhard Posted October 30, 2019 Posted October 30, 2019 It is working very good, thank you. I have a few questions : - Can I use a boot theme with Open Core? - How can I inject a specific Framebuffer for my RX 580? - How I will update the macOS with Open Core, will it show install macOS like Clover?

texem Posted November 1, 2019 Posted November 1, 2019 Hi MaLd0n, I am talking with Audiogod via PM about Gigabyte z390pro with BIOS F11 , it was my DSDT I posted him and you patched , tnx. . But anyway, with OpenCore 0.5.x the system crashes during load accessing the ACPI tables. Any hint ? DSDT from F10 BIOS works with F11 BIOS flashed. Or must I drop SSDT and if so, how for OpenCore ? Thanks !!
Administrators MaLd0n Posted November 1, 2019 Author Administrators Posted November 1, 2019 [ref]mgw_smy[/ref], just ignore Added in 19 seconds: [ref]texem[/ref], if use OC , the best is patch new dsdt for opencore -Guides and Tutorials HERE -Hackintosh Tutorial Database - HERE -The largest EFI folder collection for Hackintosh HERE -Support Olarila Vanilla Hackintosh by making a donation HERE -Professional Hackintosh Support since 2006 HERE
texem Posted November 1, 2019 Posted November 1, 2019 Thanks for reply. As Audiogod is not currently testing O.C. I am still interested to get it run. Strange to see that the your DSDT patched for the z390pro F10 BIOS is working on top of F11 BIOS flashed. No clue whats wrong here but if you can patch from the origin folder from F11 BIOS (enclosed) for OpenCore usage, I/we owe you some beers. Cheers z390pro-biosf11-origin.zip

Najr4d Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 I recently installed 10.15.1 as an update from 10.14.6 and I have a problem with encoding to h264 directly from the timeline. The resulting file sometimes has artifacts, it takes a split second, but it does. Does anyone confirm any difficulties with coding on Catalina? One more thing ... when I work in FCPX, when I play material on the timeline, there are also - quite often - artifacts, but they are random, when I play play again, they do not occur, so I did not pay attention to it. It is also strange to use iGPU ... some so miserable. I render the same project again on 10.14.6 and here iGPU runs under full 1.2GHz load all the time, and on Catalin it jumps to 0.35GHz maximum. I tried on Clover and OpenCore, but the result was the same. do you need to add any arguments to OpenCore? Do you need a new DSDT?

Tiger99 Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 Edit: Disabling Bluetooth/Wan device in BIOS allows for sleep to work. Is there a bypass to get bluetooth working with sleep?
