Hi everyone!

I was able to get my Thinkpad P52s to boot using OpenCore!

However, I want to try a fresh installation using OpenCore just incase I have to one day! I am following the instructions at the bottom of the docs as stated:

Copy online recovery image (*.dmg and *.chunklist files) to com.apple.recovery.boot directory on a FAT32 partition with OpenCore. Load OpenCore Boot Picker and choose the entry, it will have a (dmg) suffix. Custom name may be created by providing .contentDetails file.

To download recovery online you may use Recovery tool from OcSupportPkg.

However, when I click the Recovery option in OC, I get a LoadImage failed - Unsupported error.

Any Ideas ?

Yes, a Haswell g3258 Pentium. With Clover it needs 0x0306A0 or it panics early as it seem to be doing with OC. Pavo found a way too inject his xeon non supported ID, but I can't find how he did it. Thanks for checking into this.
