Unable to shutdown or restart and panic screen is appear. 2. USB3.0 port can't detect USB3 Ex.HDD (USB2.0 port it's work fine) I attached a file from RunMe.app My computer CPU - Intel Core i7 8700 M/B - Gigabyte B360 Aorus Gaming3 (B360 Chipset) VGA - Sapphire RX580 Nitro 8GB Ram - DDR4 16GB Gskill SSD - Samsung 250GB EVO M2 HDD - WD 1TB I apologize for my weak english. It's possible? Thank You. The ATI GPU fan will spin once the card reach 60 degree, otherwise it's stay off. It's programmed into the Bios. To change it you have to reflash the Bios.
